Eating vegan is simple, cheap, nourishing and delicious. After recently deciding to quit my full time job, I realised that I was not able to spent money like I use to. In turn, this has benefited me in many ways. I have been able to learn how to utilise what I have in my pantry and how to use the same ingredient for many dishes. Lastly, I have learned that eating vegan is really cheap. Many products and produce you need are really cost efficient, and you can do a lot with them. Take a look into a day in the life of me!
