Hope you have all had an amazing week! The weekend is here, and the Australian sun is shining. But, for some of us, its means we have to work. I have spent my Saturday working, and that means I was very close to calling Ubereats for dinner. Ahh, the convenience of food being delivered to your door. I refrained from the convenience and opted for making something quick and easy. This sandwich turned out to be nourishing, tasty and took 5 minuted to make. So perfect for a quick dinner.
